LOTA-IOTA NEW COLLECTION OF SHAWLS (April 17th-April 23th) Mother's Love
Wish you enjoy the past week! How time flies! It seems that we were admiring the blossom only yesterday. The rising temperature now has made us feel the footstep of summer.
Seasons are a cycle, so do our feelings. Something has been recalled. Something is doomed to have been forgotten. Previous concerns will grow dimmer and dimmer with time passing by while other bothersome things will appear at the same time. But among all the changes, only mother’s love is the forever memory that can’t be rubbed away since:
If we were the pearl, mother would be the glistening silk thread. Only with it could we be turned into a string of radiant necklace.
If we were the cloud, mother would be the profound blue sky. Only in her embrace could we withstand the fierce wind rocking and rolling.
If we were the grass, mother would be the vast grassland. Only at the place could we absorb enough nutrition and grow exuberantly.
If possible, we’d like to hold her hand “like tender lotusbuds and slip flower-chains over her wrists. If possible, we’d like to tinge the soles of her feet with the red juice of ashoka petals and kiss away the speck of dust that may chance to linger there”.
Mother is indeed the distinguished queen in our heart.

At the end, please kindly allow me to share you one more poem again, just adding some flavour to today's collection!
I CANNOT REMEMBER MY MOTHER
By Rabindranath Tagore
I cannot remember my mother
Only sometimes in the midst of my play
A tune seems to hover over my playthings,
The tune of some song that she used to
Hum while rocking my cradle.
I cannot remember my mother
But when in the early autumn morning
The smell of the shiuli flowers floats in the air
The scent of the morning service in the temple
Comes to me as the scent of my mother.
I cannot remember my mother
Only when from my bedroom window I send
My eyes into the blue of the distant sky,
I feel that the stillness of
My mother's gaze on my face
Has spread all over the sky.
